Refund Policy

Our GMB Recovery service operates on a strict success basis. We invest immense resources into each case.

• Eligible for Refund: If you paid an upfront deposit and we exhaust all manual escalation methods, but Google permanently denies the reinstatement, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
• Not Eligible for Refund: If the profile is successfully reinstated and goes live on Google Maps, no refunds will be issued. Furthermore, if Google denies the appeal because the client provided fraudulent, forged, or fake legal documentation, the refund guarantee is instantly voided.

Local SEO is an ongoing, labor-intensive process that requires continuous optimization, content creation, and outreach.

• Monthly SEO subscriptions are non-refundable for the month currently in progress, as work is performed and resources are deployed daily.
• Clients may cancel their SEO retainer at any time to prevent future billing. A minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle is required to halt the next charge.

Custom website projects require significant upfront strategy, design mockups, and coding labor from our development team.

• Initial Deposits: Once a project commences and initial design mockups have been delivered or approved, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable due to the labor expended.
• Pre-Commencement: If a client decides to cancel the project before any onboarding strategy, design work, or coding has started, a full refund (minus any standard gateway transaction fees) will be provided.

These services involve strict compliance and integration with third-party telecom operators (TRAI/DLT) and Meta (Facebook).

• Fees paid for DLT registration, Sender ID approvals, and WhatsApp Green Tick application processing are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the telecom operator's or Meta's final approval decision.
• Purchased SMS credits and Meta conversation credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash once they have been credited to the user's wallet.
